OEM Extended Life BLUE I Antifreeze/Coolant meets or exceeds performance requirements ASTM D3306 and JIS K2234. This long service life product is based on a proprietary extended life corrosion inhibitor technology. This ethylene glycol based product is free of silicates, borates, nitrites and amines. It protects coolant system metals against rust and corrosion and provides excellent high temperature aluminum protection. It is fully compatible with other similarly formulated extended life coolants and is recommended for use in Acura, Honda, Subaru and newer model foreign cars and light duty vehicles. *When added as an initial fill and properly maintained in accordance with engine manufacturer’s maintenance recommendations this coolant provides up to 250,000 km or 5 years service life protection in automotive applications. For best results, do not mix with conventional high pH, borate or silicate based antifreeze/coolant.
